Dance Movement Therapy
I'm a certified Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner. My training allows me to use 'DMT', a psychotherapeutic approach that relies on movement and embodied techniques to support clients in navigating a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. If you are in therapy with a talk-based therapist or psychologist, I am also open to working alongside them to support the embodied and somatic exploration of your mental health goals.

Restorative Movement
A blend of restorative somatic and movement-based practices designed to help you unwind, regulate your nervous system, and to let your mind-body rest deeply. This includes guided movement, breathwork, and more. When we are in a constant state of exertion, rest may seem like a luxury, when in fact, it is your birthright. Rest and restoration are essential parts of health and fitness so that the body can assimilate and recover from all that it is experiencing.
